General Office Space

Selection of an art program appropriate for the occupants of new general office space measuring approximately 36,000 SF with both open and closed workspaces, multiple conference areas, main waiting/reception area and corridors. This office environment will serve as administrative space for a variety of departments, therefore requiring working closely with each department in developing a creative manner to give each area a distinct identity. The intention of the art program is to enhance the interior design of the space, as well as satisfying the preferences of each department. Highlighting the primary corridors improved wayfinding. The spaces were visually enhanced with oversize original artwork and oversize original photography, including newly commissioned artwork for all conference rooms, with uniform frame dimensions used throughout the space for design conformity. This project was delivered on time and under budget.
